Billing and refunds

In short: you prepay for tokens, unused credit is refundable within 30 days of purchase, and credit already spent on served tokens is not.

How a purchase works

  1. You pick a credit pack from $5 to $250.
  2. Paddle.com Market Ltd takes the payment as merchant of record and shows any sales tax or VAT for your country before you confirm.
  3. Credit lands on your balance when the payment clears — usually seconds. Your invoice comes from Paddle by email.
  4. Your first purchase has 15% off the first $15, applied at checkout, once per account. The credit added is the full pack amount; the discount comes off what you pay.

Prices on this site are in US dollars and exclude tax. Paddle converts and adds tax at checkout, so the final figure you approve is the final figure charged.

the name on your receipt Your card statement shows TIYUVTA. Your receipt from Paddle.com Market Ltd currently shows our payment account's registered name, Balance Beacon, because a rename to tiyuvta is still in progress with them. It is the same company and the same credit — we would rather you read it here than wonder at your bank.

Refunds

Unused credit
Refundable in full for 30 days from purchase, on request, to the original payment method. No fee is deducted.
Partly used purchase
We refund the unused remainder of that purchase within the same 30 days. Tokens already served are not refundable.
After 30 days
Credit does not expire, so you can still spend it. Refunds past 30 days are at our discretion — ask, and if the reason is fair we will do it.
If we break something
Requests that failed with our error do not consume credit. If an incident consumed credit anyway, send us the time window and we credit the account back.
If we retire the model
30 days' notice and unused credit becomes refundable on request, regardless of when you bought it.
Promotional credit
The $10 sign-up grant has no cash value and cannot be refunded or withdrawn.

To ask for a refund, mail hello@tiyuvta.ai from the address on the account, with the invoice number if you have it. We answer within two business days and the money moves through Paddle, so arrival depends on your bank.

Automatic top-up

Off unless you switch it on. When on, we charge your saved payment method for the amount you set, when your balance falls under the trigger you set, up to the monthly ceiling you set (default $200). Each charge is a normal purchase: same price, same invoice, same refund rule. Two failed charges switch it off and we email you. Turning it off is one click and takes effect immediately.

Failed payments and chargebacks

A failed charge adds no credit and blocks nothing you already bought. If you raise a chargeback, the account is suspended while the bank decides, because prepaid credit cannot be recovered once it has been spent. Writing to us first is faster.

Invoices and business details

Paddle issues the invoice and can put your company name and VAT number on it — enter them at checkout, or ask Paddle support to revise a receipt you already have. If you need an annual summary of spend, we can export the metered record for your account.

Pay by bank transfer

For amounts where card fees start to matter, mail hello@tiyuvta.ai and we will invoice you directly and credit the balance when it clears. No minimum and no contract.
